My Personal Recommendation: Naugatuck Hiking Trail

This one I stumbled across while on my way over to Cheshire. This is right before Woodland high school and is tucked away off the road. There are some flat parts to start but feeds all the way into the trail in Naugatuck. These feed off into some hills to get some elevation in. It is extremely calm and peaceful to get you reconnected and grounded.
