With targeted, holistic coaching, I regained my energy and achieved what once felt impossible: completing a Half Ironman in 2024.

It depends on your workout! For quick energy, try a combo of easy-to-digest carbs and light protein—like a banana with almond butter or Greek yogurt with berries. We’ll fine-tune it based on whether you’re doing endurance training, strength work, or just heading out for a light session.

Ideally within 30–60 minutes. That’s when your body is primed to absorb nutrients for muscle repair and recovery. A post-workout smoothie with protein and carbs or a balanced meal works perfectly to speed up recovery and keep you feeling strong.
