Module 1
Macronutrient and Energy Needs for Goals and Sport.
Time for the basics! When energy needs are not met in sport, the athlete’s performance (and health) can start to suffer. It is not just about the energy needs, but the balance of macronutrients proteins, fats and carbs. This module describes the importance of each of these in one’s nutrition plan and lays the foundation for calculating your personal needs.
Module 2
Popular Diets: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.
First of all, let’s just get rid of the term “Diet” because that is what it is. There is a lot of confusion around what is the best avenue for performance and health goals. This module under covers the pros and cons of eat particular diet and how to navigate a plan sustainable for you to prevent disordered eating.
Module 3
Supplements for Athletes: Nutrients to Help Recover and Enhance Athletic Performance.
Whole foods are the best way to go but can there be other aids that can help give you a boost? This module discusses the best ergogenic aids for enhancing performance and recovery, what whole foods they are found in and some of my favorite supplements and brands!
Module 4
Putting It All Together: Finding Your Unique Nutrition Plan.
After reading about popular diets, the one that is best for any athlete is the one individualized to one’s personal health goals, needs and emotional satisfaction. On top of your own personal macro and micronutrient needs, this module addresses nutrient timing and pre-,intra-, and post workout nutrition.

Hormones: Why They So Important For Athletic Performance and How To Balance Them.
We all know about hormones, especially around “that time of month.” Is there more to it than just regulating your cycle? Each hormone has several critical roles in the body which can translate to the performance of the athlete. Imbalances can cause a lack of menses and potential decrease in bone mass. This module addresses the importance of each and the impact of low energy availability, and dives deep into the impact of the Female Athlete Triad and how to reverse it.
Module 6
Cell Ignition: The Power of Whole Foods for Recovery
Did you know that we are exposed to toxic compounds every day and several are generated during intense exercise? When these build up in our system, it can significantly impact recovery from training and can lead to further health issues such as bloating and gas, skin issues, headaches and fatigue which can hinder one’s athletic performance. This module explores how certain whole foods can ignite better energy and stamina, clear our toxic compounds and help the individual press on towards their goals in good health!
